we delivered the music which supported a huge video mapping show for the a-15 project on the 25th of november 2013. it’s part of an ongoing project by natuur & milieu and milieudefensie.
the a15 is a high way in the netherlands of which will be entirely environmental friendly, supporting cars which run on electricity and generating electricity by the power of the sun and wind. the a15 is the fist durable high way in europe.
the soundtrack supported a movie made by urbi et orbi and was projected on ‘de rotterdam’ a new mega-building by architect rem koolhaas. it’s situated on the banks of the river maas in rotterdam and is holland’s biggest high rise. the show was one of the largest video mappings ever. click on the link below to see the movie.
we used numerous sound effects, music by the great alva noto, kraftwerk, the asphodels and martin bordin.
the project got international attention and was an item on the most important dutch news shows. it was (and still is) a great project: it was an honor to be on board of this team.
