we provided the music for the jan boelo spring summer 2013 show at amsterdam fashion week. it is the most rough, tough and macho mix we ever did. we have put the sound score online for you.
upcoming dutch star designer jan boelo breathes rock & roll and brings this attitude to a high fashion level. his latest collection is inspired by soldiers arriving back home after a long time away. the feel of the show had to be super tough, glorious, heroic and hot and horny as hell. the models owned the world and wanted to get laid as soon as possible.
jan boelo himself wanted to go real hard on this one and we followed his orders by creating a mix made out of heavy metal and bombastic sound scores from war games. we used tracks by hive, freeland, pantera, chicks on speed, marilyn manson and many others. we added the sounds of drill instructors, military trumpets, helicopters and fighter jets and with the help of the wonderful sound engineers at amsterdam fashion week we created a surround sound: the jets and helicopters were flying over the catwalk like all attending were at an army airport. it was absolute shock and awe, leaving no prisoners.
so fasten your seat belts and be prepared for the one of the most heavy sound scores for a fashion show ever made.
