[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]We compiled and mixed the music for Future Generation: The Painting, the second big opening show of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Amsterdam. Curated by AMFI’s Peter C. Leferink, nine talented young Dutch designers showed three looks each. All dressed in white, as a symbol of love, hope and peace, each model took a spot in the décor, gradually forming a painting reminiscent of Rembrandts Night Watch.

The soundtrack had to flow from a dark apocalyptic atmosphere into passionate emotions, evolving in a hippie-like revolutionary statement, ending fragile and thin as a thread made out of glass. A choir ended the show, singing Lennon’s Imagine live on stage.

The music included songs by Nine Inch Nails, SOHN, The Plastic Ono Band, Megapuss and Trentemoller and the voice of Yoko Ono herself. We loved doing this sound score.
